Point 2 is incredibly well-organized with friendly knowledgeable staff and a complete line of equipment for all things running and walking. You can get a gait analysis and expert shoe fitting. You can try out the shoes on the treadmill. You can return if they don’t work for you. It’s a fun experience. I recommend it highly.

My mom needed shoes for her flat unfortunately deformed feet. Caroline was excellent she took the time to work with my mom and find the perfect shoes for her. It was a great experience. The shoes have really helped my mom. Caroline is the best and she goes above and beyond. She was very caring and very patient. I highly recommend this place and Caroline who will make u feel like u are at home getting fitted for shoes. My mom, Nancy and I will go back when she needs shoes again. If u have special feet, Caroline will hook u up! Thank u so much Caroline.

I had an issue with my foot that was not resolved with orthotics or any other recommendation by my podiatrist. A friend suggested contacting a chiropractor. One chiropractor recommended physical therapy and chiropractic sessions. A second chiropractor said that I needed 5 chiropractic sessions a week. The third chiropractor, Dr. Daniel Roth at Williamsburg Neck and Back, suggested that I visit Point 2 Running Company. I really appreciate appreciate the honest analysis. It's refreshing and rare to find someone who cares more about the patient than making money. I went to Point 2 the following day, and it was the best decision I could have made. Caroline assisted me, and she was EXCELLENT!!!! She spent 2 hours with me evaluating the issue, determining the best type of shoe, and allowing time for me to try and retry multiple pairs of shoes. A week later the pain is almost completely gone. Thank you Dr. Roth and thank you Caroline. I highly recommend both.

Genny was so helpful! I’m about to start a new warehouse job and she informed me about arch support , compression socks, and even have me some of her experiences as guidance! Pleasant visit! Thank you for hiring employees that are passionate about helping others! I also had enough points to only pay $1 for an &18 pair of high quality compression socks wooohooo

We bought 4 pairs of walking shoes/sneakers!!! Being my first time in the store I didn't know what to expect. Walked in and was greeted and treated with care and respect by Alison. They had a great selection of sneakers. I knew the shoes I wanted already and just needed to make sure they were right for my feet issues. Alison listened to me, was patient, and worked with me to try on 3 pair of shoes and with each pair I danced around the store in excitement because they all made my feet feel so good. We all had a chuckle (husband included) at my approval dance. I ended up buying 2 pair of shoes for myself and bought another 2 pair for my husband. I recently bought my third and fourth pair from Point 2 Running Co. Also I love the 30 day guarantee if the shoes don't work out. I won't be returning mine, they are perfect! I can now go on long 3.5 to 4.5 mile walks with no issue. Oh, I love that they have a rewards program as a perk. Thanks again Alison!!! I'll see you in about 300 miles! -Kim

I visited my mom and mentioned that I desperately needed a new pair of running shoes,. She recommended the Point 2 Running Company. When I arrived in the store I was greeted by a young lady. When I informed her that I am looking for a new pair if running shoes, she took her time to assist me. I don't remember exactly what the young lady's name was. I believe it was Katharina (??). She assisted me from start to finish. This has truly been the BEST experience I had in a sports store. I live in NC and used to buy my shoes at DICKS. But I will not buy my next shoes there anymore. I have never had such a thorough assessment on my feet, to ensure I get the right type of shoes to fit my needs. If I could give this experience 10 stars, I certainly would. Thank you for a wonderful experience. My new shoes feel great and I will definitely buy my next set of running shoes at your store again. Thank you for the excellent experience.

Just walked out of the store and am writing this in the parking lot. I walked in and was greeted by Cameron, who was awesome in assisting me. Cameron had me change to testing socks, walk over a floor sensor, and 30-second walk on a treadmill to check how I stepped. He presented me with multiple shoes, but the pair I liked didn't come in a color I preferred. I'm traveling before a pair I liked would arrive. So I was unable to purchase any shoes at this location. Definitely, stop in when you need new shoes. I highly recommend this location

I have never seen a more passionate team deliver top notch customer service. Genny assisted my wife, a life long Nike Pegasus wearer, with finding a new brand of road shoe that had a fit and feel superbly better. She spent time hearing my wife’s needs and presented a series of options based on observations of her foot strike. She stayed with her throughout the fitting experience. It felt personal and sincere. I believe she could teach a masterclass on shoe fitting. Every store should strive to deliver the customer service we experienced today.

I had an outstanding experience with Lorraine at Point 2 Running Company today. I came in looking for a solid pair of running shoes and ended up walking out with the Novablast 5s—and a much better understanding of what I actually need as a runner. Lorraine was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right fit. She took the time to educate me on different types of trainers, how they impact performance, and what would work best for my goals. It never felt like a sales pitch—more like getting expert guidance tailored specifically to me. Thanks to her help, I feel confident that I’ve got a great pair of trainers that will support my running and progress moving forward. If you’re looking for someone who truly knows their stuff and takes pride in helping customers, Lorraine is the person to see. Highly recommend!

The service was great. Sales people were patient and worked with me. I liked the experience buying my running shoes, so I brought my wife in for some new walking shoes. Then I got the July 4th discount on top of the sales price and really saved money on wife's shoes--better than Amazon's pricing! Now I wish Point 2 would have sales on running shorts and carry Thorlo socks. Great place to shop.
